At VeganTees.co.uk, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Return an Item

1. Email support@vegantees.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll provide instructions on where to send your return.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size or color, please let us know in your return request.
• We’ll send out the replacement once we receive the returned item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at support@vegantees.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks or underwear unless faulty.
